How do I cancel my order?
In order to meet our commitment to you to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. If you decide you no longer want your order, please contact customer service to cancel your order. Once the request is placed there is no guarantee that we can stop your order from shipping. If we are able to stop shipment you will see the cancellation reflected on Your Account in Order History.
If we are not able to stop delivery please refuse delivery upon its arrival. We will issue you a refund of the purchase price once the product is returned to our fulfillment center.

Warranty and Repairs
Where can I have my backpack or luggage repaired? Please contact the retailer from whom it was purchased and seek their assistance. In case you have purchased directly from our website or from a retailer outside your country, please send us an email to email@example.com providing as much information about your concern as possible, including photographs of the issue, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
How do I get a pro account? The pro program is only reserved for qualified outdoor professionals and influencers relevant to our brand. Membership is only possible by application and all members need to reapply annually to continue membership and access. Click here to apply.
Can I buy gifts through my pro account? No, all your purchases are for personal use.
Which documents are required to apply? We require current information (business card, membership card,…) to prove your employment within the outdoor industry. Membership cards must show valid dates. We don’t require any sensitive personal information.
How do I know when to reapply? Your application will be valid until the end of the calendar year (31/12). By the end of the year you’ll receive an e-mail to reapply. Once we receive your new application, you will be able again to order Gregory products with a 40% discount.
