That’s why we don’t build packs to last a season or two. We build them to provide you with a lifetime of high-performance and enjoyment.


We build Gregory gear to last. We guarantee to you, the original purchaser, that our products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies to all our products, except Gear boxes and Accessories (see details below*), and lasts for 50 years from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage due to unreasonable use or improper care.

Gregory Warranty Terms

All our Gregory Products are rigorously tested to ensure that the outdoor gear you trust meets our stringent standards. In the unlikely event that there’s a problem with your Gregory product, (the "Product") and this is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, Gregory will of course either fix or replace it in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated here.

If you’ve got a second-hand Gregory Product, we’re afraid this doesn’t apply to you – this warranty only applies to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product.

Warranty Coverage & Limitations

All products are covered under the 50-Year Warranty*, except for:

  • Accessories such as Hydration Reservoirs and its associated accessories, Raincovers and Helmet Holder.
  • For Alpaca Gear Wagon 140L, Alpaca Gear Box 45L, Alpaca Gear Box 25L and Alpaca Camp Box 50L, there is a 30 Years Warranty.


If you’re looking to claim warranty, we do draw the line at unreasonable use so this warranty only covers manufacturing defects. It doesn’t cover any damage caused by misuse:

This could include:

  • packing unusual items
  • neglect
  • accidents
  • abrasion
  • exposure to extreme temperatures
  • solvents
  • acids
  • water
  • normal wear and tear
  • transport damage
  • ....

The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the Product. So that laptop you’ve packed won’t be covered by us if you’ve thrown your Gregory pack from a rooftop. Incidental and consequential damages are expressly disclaimed.

This warranty is global and you’re entitled to have your Product repaired at any authorised Gregory Service Centre in the world. To locate a Service Centre visit https://www.supportandgo.com/Brand/Gregory.

But don’t forget to keep your original purchase receipt if applying for our warranty service. Also, be wary of any potentially dodgy backstreet repairs as improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs void this warranty.


Disclaimer: This warranty applies to products purchased on or after 27 September 2026. Products purchased before this date remain covered by the Gregory Limited Lifetime Warranty in effect at the time of purchase. Please refer to the previous warranty policy here.

Repair or Replacement

The Service Centre will determine whether or not your query is covered by Gregory’s warranty and, if it does, we’ll be happy to replace or repair your Product. Gregory will pay for any such repair or replacement, including any costs needed when returning your Gregory Product back to you, its rightful owner.

In the case of a Product replacement where the Product is no longer available, we will find a suitable and comparable Gregory product for you.

Legal Disclaimers

  • Incidental and consequential damages are expressly disclaimed.
  • Labor charges and damages attributable to work performed by anyone other than a Service Center are not covered by this warranty.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are hereby excluded.
  • The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the Product.
  • Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice.
  • Inspect your Product immediately after handling by anyone other than you.
  • If damaged in transit, submit a claim to the transit company (which is insured against damaging your product) at the place of arrival, if possible, before clearing customs.
  • This warranty is intended to give you specific legal rights.
  • In addition to the rights described herein, you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country with respect to the exclusion or application of implied warranties, incidental and consequential damages and repair and replacement.
  • Consequently, the limitations or exclusions specifically contained in this warranty may not be applicable to you.

European Union Rights

In the European Union you are entitled by law to remedies from the seller free of charge in the event of a lack of conformity of the Product and those remedies are not affected by this commercial guarantee.
